Do you accept insurance?
If you would like to pursue services with us and request out-of-network coverage, we will help you to increase your chances of reimbursement. We will provide a superbill of your therapeutic services to submit to your private insurance company for reimbursement. Reimbursement depends on your specific insurance plan. It is possible, and it is not a guarantee. We can support you in this process to maximize your chances of reimbursement.
Some services offered by Routes to Relationships are unable to be covered by insurance. Custom Family Workshops, Weekend Intensive Experiences, and Parent Coaching are private-pay only.
Do you use a sliding scale for payment?
We invite you to talk with us about your ability to pay. Routes to Relationships wants to support you. It is important to us that when clients are able to afford standard rates, they do so, and know they are supporting access to services to those who may have a hard time affording those services otherwise.
What is your flexibility with scheduling?
We are flexible with days of the week and times of day. You may discuss scheduling upon intake.
Where is your office location?
Routes to Relationships is in the process of transitioning to a new office space. Services are offered via telehealth, in-home visits, and community-based outings at the moment. We will keep you posted about our new location (expected December 2025)!
Can I work with you if I don't live in Utah?
You may discuss parent coaching services and planning a destination Weekend Intensive Experience if you are located outside of the state of Utah.
